Vaporama strives to ship your order as quickly as possible to you! All orders are processed and shipped within a 1-2 business day processing time frame, regardless of the shipping option selected. Orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will typically ship the same day. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during our normal business schedule. Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM EST, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Vaporama closes for the below holidays:

Local Pickup is only for those in the Essex County area. Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours.
Be advised that once an order leaves our facility it is out of our control. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to unforseen circumstances on the shipper’s behalf.
You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. You may not return e-juice, liquid products or opened atomizers for safety reasons and therefore it is NON REFUNDABLE.
If you are returning a product for a refund, we may charge a 20% restocking fee if the original product is not in brand new condition and the original packaging and accessories were not returned with the product. If the product you are returning is found to be defective you will not be charged a restocking fee.
If you have an issue with a liquid product please email us first, do not fill out a return request as it will be rejected. We do not return juice however if there is an issue with the juice please email us first as we would like to take care of the issue.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item is included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
